1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and business details provided when an account is created for you. Accounts are not automatically created by users; instead, they are requested and approved by Nawa administrators.
- Store Data: Products, prices, media, and other business content you upload.
- Payment & Transaction Data: When you pay subscription fees to Nawa. For customer purchases, most transactions are handled via Cash on Delivery (COD). In COD cases, Nawa does not collect or store card payment data. Basic order and delivery details (name, phone, address) are shared with merchants and logistics providers to complete delivery.
- Usage Data: Device information, IP address, and analytics on how you use our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve Nawa services.
- To process subscription payments and manage merchant accounts.
- To support customer service and technical issues.
- To send important updates, promotions (with opt-out option), and service announcements.
3. Data Sharing
- Third Parties: Logistics providers for delivery and cloud hosting partners (e.g., AWS).
- Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored securely on cloud servers.
- Encryption and access controls are used to protect sensitive data.
- While we take strong precautions, no system is 100% secure.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Reporting
Nawa allows merchants to upload and manage their own products, descriptions, images, and other business-related content. To maintain a safe and trusted platform:
Prohibited Content
- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult services.
- Graphic violence, threats, or incitement to harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
- Illegal products or services (e.g., drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen items).
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
- Content that violates intellectual property rights (e.g., unlicensed logos, pirated products).
Merchant Responsibilities
- Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they upload.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are managed directly between merchants and customers. Nawa does not handle COD cash or payments.
- Merchants must comply with local laws and regulations when listing products.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
Users can report products or merchants that violate this policy by:

All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action may include content removal or account suspension.
6. Your Rights
- Access, update, or delete your data by contacting support@nawa.ltd.

Users and merchants may request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@nawa.ltd. Verified requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.

Nawa is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
